Projects

I have worked for Hall & Woodhouse Ltd for the past 27 years,  In that time I have been involved with multiple projects as part of a dedicated project team and also solely responsible for creating multi access user accounts, creating and attaching the correct roles and group security to ensure systems access was controlled and monitored.

Below are some of my career highlights, projects that I have been involved with, successfully configured and rolled out to multi site users, ensuring all correct procedures and ways of working were issued to support the new software platforms .

Part of the project team that was created to help control our property maintenance processes, implementing an end-to-end online property maintenance solution, Access Maintain, from the Access Group.  I was responsible for user creation and security, ways of working and SOP’s, forming the hierarchy of managed and tenanted properties and ensuring correct allocation of team, general managers and regional structures were aligned. 

Supporting the project team that was formed to implement Harri, our new employee experience platform, encompassing talent acquisitions and development, employee engagement, labour control and workforce management as well as payroll.  My role was to ensure that security and permissions were correctly configured and assigned to all team, the system settings and notifications were set appropriately, and holiday approval plans were up to date and routed to the correct management for approval.

Part of the project team implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV the replacement for MFG Pro our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software suite.  Working as part of the team to record ways of working, creating agreed standard operating procedures, configuring user accounts, permissions and authority levels for purchasing approval and overall responsibility for the item master process.

As part of the Systems Administration team we took overall responsibility for the configuration of the companies Zonal Aztec EPOS system, increasing sales efficiency for the managed house estate, improving accuracy for inventory and stock management, reducing manual data entry by integrating with our ERP system and generating detailed reporting for sales, stock levels, discounts and other key metrics.
